    Hey Phil… those are some FANTASTIC points for time management and getting focused.

    I use the 50 – 10 technique, myself and find that it does a great deal to contribute… not only to my focus, but as I feel better, it definitely improves my overall health.

    You suggestions for journaling, blocking time and scheduling appointments will have great benefits for anyone struggling to focus.
